After parting with $289 each, we had a very early morning start 6am for our flight to Big Island. We were travelling with "Go Mokulele" airlines & this is the first time I have been sitting on a plane waiting for the CAPTAIN to arrive!!! Apparently he had car trouble & had to catch the bus to work!!!! eventually we took off for a 35 minute flight.
